Rental conditions:
- Suitable for maximum 1 (working) person, no students, PhD students are welcome.
- Annual income must not exceed € 47,699 gross per year.
- 1 month deposit.
- Rent must be paid in advance.
- No explanation of selection process.
- Minimum 12-month contract.
- 1 month right to view upon termination of contract.
- No pets allowed.
- ROZ rental agreement.
- Smoking and changes to the house (painting, drilling, etc.) only with written permission from the landlord.
- As a tenant, you must be financially stable throughout the rental period.
