Construction has begun on this unique new complex in Sloterdijk, Amsterdam. The rental process will take place in two phases, starting with the rental of private sector apartments. Mid-segment apartments will be available to rent from January 2025. All apartments are expected to be completed by mid-2025.

There's plenty to choose from. The 239 rental apartments are spread over 27 floors and include studios, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and a few four-bedroom apartments. Regardless of which option you choose, each apartment has its own enclosed outdoor space for privacy and shelter. There are no parking spaces at Crossroads, but the building does offer communal bicycle storage with high-low racks, accessible through the water garden. Crossroads is right next to the Sloterdijk train and bus station, so you're only 5 minutes away from the heart of Amsterdam!
Everything New and Luxurious
One of the great things about renting at Crossroads is that everything is brand new, including the kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, such as an induction cooktop. The kitchen layout - straight, corner or island - depends on the design and size of the apartment. Bathrooms feature a shower and glass shower screen, a sink with mirror, and a towel radiator. Some apartments also have double sinks and/or a second toilet. Walls are cleanly finished in white, suitable for wallpaper or light paint.
