Create a free Search and Explore account on our website, fill out your profile and see if we can help you. We assign properties objectively based on a transparent waiting list. To get on the waiting list and actually rent, you need a Faster Renting account. Your information is checked only later in the process, when there is a good chance that you want to rent. We do this securely via DigiD/Datakeeper and, if necessary, by uploading your documents into our system. Upon a successful rental, we will refund the cost of the Faster Renting account.

Renting a studio apartment in Amsterdam Southeast? At 801 Elizabeth Cady Stantonplein you will find this beautiful Young Professional building, completed in 2019. The building has 10 floors and about 500 studios specifically designed for working young people between the ages of 18 and 36. The building is sustainable, green and natural gas-free, helping the landlord contribute to a green planet.

Location
Amsterdam-Zuidoost is close to several parks such as the Nelson Mandela Park (a 5-minute walk away). There is also a nice shopping center at 1 minute walking distance: Amsterdamse Poort. Amsterdam-Zuidoost is easily accessible by public transportation. Both train station and metro station Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena are just a 10-minute walk away. There are also many bus connections, making nearby towns easy to reach.

Our service
You enter the building with a badge system. At the entrance, you can choose to take the elevator to your studio or take the stairs to the atrium. In the spacious atrium, you can meet other residents or find a quiet place to work. Next to the atrium is the common living room, where you can also meet fellow residents or find relaxation!

AM I ELIGIBLE TO RENT AN APARTMENT?
You are eligible to rent an apartment if you meet all of these requirements:

- I am a young professional (18-36 years old)
- I am looking for a living environment with a community of like-minded people
- I earn a gross monthly salary of at least 3.5 times the bare rent. If you are an entrepreneur, you must have been in business for at least 2 years
- I want to rent for at least one year
- I have no pets, as the studios have limited space
- In this project, guaranteeing eligibility is not possible; the deposit is 2 times the bare rent for everyone

NOTE: Because the bare rent is a social rent, a housing permit is required for each tenant. Among other things, your annual income must not be too high (limit: gross annual income €57,926 for 2025). Avoid disappointment later, so read more information on the Amsterdam website!
