This detached recreation house at Parc Emslandermeer is unique because of its beautiful location on a spacious plot, on the water. With 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, there is enough space for the whole family or a group of colleagues. The spacious living room with open kitchen is the place to be together. Pull open the French doors to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy the view over the canal or a cozy barbecue with friends. And how about the luxurious sauna in the ground-floor bathroom? Ultimate relaxation has never been so easy!

THE HOUSE:
You enter through the front door on the side of the house into a spacious hall with the stairs to the floor on the left and in front of you the door to the spacious L-shaped living room with French doors to the covered terrace, an open kitchen and the door to the bedroom with bathroom suite.

The living room overlooks the canal and therefore offers a beautiful view. Because of the many windows, the living room is wonderfully light. The open kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven and dishwasher.

The ensuite bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower, washbasin and infrared sauna.

On the right side in the hall you will find the door to the toilet and the meter cupboard. A closet space has been created under the stairs.

Through the fixed staircase in the hall you reach the second floor, where there are 2 spacious bedrooms, a second bathroom and a storage room with central heating system and washing machine (connection) are located on a long landing.

In the bathroom on this floor you will find a toilet, bathtub and sink.

Outside you can enjoy a spacious garden, private parking and a jetty on the canal.

PARK AND SURROUNDINGS:
Parc Emslandermeer features a subtropical swimming pool. The pool has a 25-meter competition, toddler, baby, whirlpool and rapids with slide. In the pool you will also find the sauna complex which you can use for a fee.

At restaurant Nuver you can enjoy a snack and drink and from the terrace there is a beautiful view over the golf course of GC Westerwolde. At the park there are several playgrounds for children and there is a jeu de boules court.

Vlagtwedde has everything one needs. There is a large supermarket, there are several smaller stores and cozy eateries. The area of Westerwolde is ideally suited for tourism. For example, Bourtange is a stone's throw away, there are beautiful cycling and walking routes to follow and many antiquities to view. At the park, at the reception, but certainly also the broker can tell you all about it.
