Entrance into the central hall. Here you will find a shared bicycle storage and the staircase or elevator will take you

First floor
From the porch you have access to the meter cupboard and a closet with the central heating system and mechanical ventilation system. You enter the house through the entrance hall, where you will find a room with the washer and dryer.
The hall gives access to almost all the rooms. Let's start in the living room. This is a spacious, open
space with many possibilities. The neutral finish with a beautiful laminate floor and sand colors on the
walls with matching fixtures/furnishings make this a beautiful space.
The large windows with a French balcony provide a pleasant incidence of daylight and because you can open the doors
you can ventilate the room on hot days.
Adjacent to the living room you will find the open kitchen. This is placed in a straight arrangement and is executed in a light color. The cabinets above and below provide ample storage space so you can neatly store all your groceries, crockery and utensils. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an
