We are temporarily renting out our home as we are abroad and will be returning later than originally planned. The property is available from February 1, 2025 (potentially some days earlier) until March 31, 2025.
This surprisingly spacious 65 sqm loft-style apartment is located on North Island. The apartment is a corner house so you have a great view over the beautiful water of the Maas. Noordereiland has the tranquility of a village and the conveniences of the city.
The apartment is laid out with a spacious, bright living area, open kitchen area and a spacious Billy-Ikea cabinet in the wall separating the living area from the sleeping area. In the hallway upon entering is a large closet wall (not pictured) a modern walk-in shower and toilet.
The apartment has fantastic light due to its location and also in the evening a wonderful view of the illuminated city. Very atmospheric!

The Noordereiland is a centrally located island in the Nieuwe Maas connected to the city center by the Willemsbrug and to Rotterdam South by the Koninginnebrug. It is quiet living with all metropolitan amenities nearby; supermarket Spar can be found on the island itself and Rotterdam's largest Jumbo is just across the bridge. You are at Blaak station in no time and accessibility by public transport is also very good. There is plenty of parking space in front of the door.
