Inside the cottage you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The cozy living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, on which you can relax after a long day. The compact kitchenette is equipped with a combination microwave, stove and refrigerator, so you can prepare your own meals.
The separate shower/toilet area ensures that you maintain privacy, and with the available washing machine, you won't have to worry about finding a laundromat. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, complete with an extra TV for some bedtime relaxation.
The Tiny House has air conditioning and heating, so you can enjoy a pleasant temperature all year round. You have your own entrance, giving you complete freedom to come and go as you please. In addition, you can relax on your own porch, where you can enjoy the fresh outdoor air.
Parking is not a problem, as you have your own parking space at the cottage. The fixed rent for this beautiful place is €950 per month. There is a fixed amount of €100,- for water, energy (bottled gas separately), TV and internet. The minimum rental period is 6 months, but there is also the possibility to extend to a maximum of 12 months. The deposit is one month's rent.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in the Tiny House and smoking is not allowed. In addition, it is important to know that no registration address is possible. The cottage is available immediately, so don't wait too long to respond!
