Our beautiful vacation house on a park in Berkhout is available during Oct 1, 2023 to a maximum of May 1, 2024.
There are two possibilities:
Option 1 : 1 or 2 persons are looking for a house for a maximum of 6 weeks ( regulation municipality)
Option 2 : We are looking for someone from the region who has demonstrably sold and bought a house but needs to bridge a few months. The municipality* approves your application and then you can stay longer than 6 weeks.
The pool is then in winter mode.
The house is fully furnished and upholstered.
Everything is provided (cups, plates, cutlery, senseo etc etc )
Only thing you have to bring yourself is bed linen and towels and of course food
The house is heated by a CV.
The house has a large living room, beautiful kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, new bathroom with large shower and 3 bedrooms. 1 Bedroom with a hotel bed 160x 200; 1 bedroom with a hotel bed 120 x 200 and a bunk bed 2 x 80x 200
There is a garden house with a washer, dryer and extra refrigerator.
The house stands on 430 m2 of land
The house has a veranda with glass sliding panels. In winter, 50% of the veranda is full of outdoor furniture )
The other 50% you can use because there is a beautiful stone table with chairs.
No smoking is allowed in the house and veranda.
*The municipality accepts only longer than 6 weeks stay well to people who have demonstrably sold and bought a house in the region and need to bridge a period because the new house is not yet available and the other house must already be left.
There is parking for 2 cars;'s at the house.
1 x per month the owner ( by appointment) comes by to check the house.
