- Self-employed persons must be registered with the Chamber of Commerce (CoC) for at least 2 years. In addition, a recent profit and loss statement from at least two full fiscal years must be submitted.
- For pensioners, the gross monthly income must be at least equal to 3 times the monthly rent.
- You must not have any outstanding arrears with a previous landlord or mortgage lender. Allocation may be cancelled on this.
- Expats must have a residence permit.
