The deposit is €600, and the minimum rental period is 1 month with a maximum of 6 months. Parking is available at a surcharge of €60 per month. A mandatory cleaning fee of €110 applies on departure. SHORT-STAY is subject to a requirement of temporary residence, non-occupancy with the municipality of Nijmegen, and an income requirement of 3x the basic rent.
