THE HOUSE AND ITS ROOMS
You enter the property through the front door and immediately enter a hallway where you have the first spacious room on the left, the toilet and stairs to the floor on the right and opposite the front door the door to the closed kitchen. Through the kitchen you can enter the second room at the rear of the property and is the door to the backyard.
The kitchen on the first floor is shared and equipped with gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
The stairs lead to the second floor with three spacious rooms, a storage closet, the bathroom and the fixed staircase to the fourth floor, where there is another very spacious room with its own kitchen.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
The kitchen belonging to the sixth bedroom on the second floor is equipped with gas hob, fridge and here is the central heating system.
The advantage is that there is a private backyard, so even in the summer months you can stay here. There is also a bicycle shed in the garden of 12 m2, so you can safely store your bike or scooter.
Parking by car is available on public property and is free.
