Welcome to House Flavo room finder!
About the house
We are currently a cozy cozy little house of 3 men, one of whom recently left.
Therefore, we are also looking for a new roommate.
You will share the house with two students:
- Dennis(24), Applied Physics at Saxion
- Duc-Tuan(25), HBO-ICT at Saxion
The house is about 15 min cycling away from UT and 10 min from Saxion/train station.
Besides the room, it also shares:
- A living room
- A kitchen
- A toilet
- A bathroom
Near the house you can find many conveniences within walking distance including:
- 4(!) supermarkets
- Snack bars
- Pizzeria
- Fish store
- Bakery
The room
The room is around 7m2 and also has its own closet in the hallway.
Also the room comes unfurnished with nogeens a desk and a bed.
The rent includes everything, at the end of the year you can pay more or less depending on the bills.
Who are we looking for?
You are.
- Male or female or anything in between
- You speak Dutch
- Between 20 and 27
- A student in their second year of study
- Or working
- Will be living here for at least 1 (ideally 2) or more years
- We don't ask for perfection but a bit of tidiness is desirable
- Not afraid of some socializing and a few beers
