IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

Parc Emslandermeer has a subtropical swimming pool. The pool has a 25-meter competition, toddler, baby, whirlpool and rapids with slide. In the pool you will also find the sauna complex which you can use for a fee.

At restaurant Nuver you can enjoy a snack and drink and from the terrace there is a beautiful view over the golf course of GC Westerwolde. At the park there are several playgrounds for children and there is a jeu de boules court.

The house is located at Parc Emslandermeer, in one of the most beautiful areas of Groningen, called Westerwolde. Because of the beautiful, quiet location on the canal, with its own jetty, this house is very popular with peace seekers, boating enthusiasts and fishing enthusiasts!
