Cozy apartment of 65m2 on the 1st floor with private front door and balcony on the sunny south. Located in a cozy residential area on the corner of Westlandgracht and within walking distance of the Hoofddorpplein, Rembrandt and Vondelpark. The house is fully furnished.
Layout
On entering is a small hallway with coat rack and storage space. This small hallway is connected to a study of 6m2 (street side) and a larger hallway from which the rest of the rooms can be reached. The living room is located on the street side and is cozily decorated with natural colors. The bathroom was completely remodeled in March 2021 and furnished with a sink + cabinet, storage closet, toilet, bathtub including shower and towel radiator. At the south end of the apartment are a fine bedroom, kitchen and dressing room, all of which have access to the sunny south-facing balcony. The bedroom is quiet with a comfortable 200x140cm bed. The dressing room contains a 4-door closet with a large mirror. The kitchen is very functional with a 4-burner stove, combination oven (2021), refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher (2020) and combi washer/dryer (2021). The apartment is located on the corner of the Westlandgracht which in summer is the perfect location for a picnic. Within walking distance you can reach the Hoofddorpplein, Rembrandt and Vondelpark. The Hoofddorpplein area is a cozy, neighborhood with plenty of cozy restaurants. The house is located in a quiet street, but at the same time easily accessible by public transport with bus 15, streetcar 2 (both 500m), metro and train (2km) and by car from the A10 (1km).
