- Service costs for cleaning the common area are € 27,50.
- Rent is excl. gas, water and electricity; tenant must put this in his own name.
- The apartment is offered for rent with an indefinite rental agreement. The tenant can terminate at any time, with a notice period of 1 month.
- Deposit € 1,900.00.
- No specific income requirement. However, income will be considered.
- You can apply for a parking permit with the municipality of Alkmaar, the costs are € 127 per year.
