When you sign up for a service with us, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you purchased the service.

Want to use your right of withdrawal? Just let us know within those 14 days that you want to cancel. You can do this through a clear statement by email or by post. You may use our withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

As long as you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period ends, it’s on time.

What happens if you cancel?

If you cancel, we’ll refund all payments you’ve made up to that point as soon as possible – at the latest within 14 days after you let us know you want to cancel the agreement. We’ll refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree to something else. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Note: If you’ve already used the service during the cooling-off period, we may charge you a proportionate amount for the usage up to the moment of withdrawal.
